As is the case on organised tours, they take you to the big city museum, and tell you you have one hour to get round. They then take you to the items most relevant to the site you have just visited, in this case Pompeii. The picture below is of one of the main halls, which houses a picture map of Pompeii on one of its walls, and also has markings on the floor, where you can tell the time by where the sun is creeping up to.
We needed a memory like an elephant to remember, or chance to write down, what these artefacts were, but they were relevant to Pompeii:

All these statues came from the garden of the same house. They are well preserved because only volcanic ash fell on them, rather than lava.
